We have standardization in design, candidate shall be able to understand customer requirement and fit it into our suitable models. Creating approval and manufacturing drawings. Expert in Solid Edge 3D software. Preferred candidate profile: Able to manage entire work load with a assisting team. Good communication skills to handle a team and customers. Design head position, shall take responsibility of other 3-4 members of department, skillfully handling design/development/implementation on shop floor for quality and productivity improvements. Responsibilities Learn all the existing designs and models, guiding collogues for selecting right models, guiding procurement for non-standard components, helping customers to optimize their requirements to enhance quality and price reduction, needs communication skill to guide customers, suppliers and shop floor employees. Ability to appoint new employees and maintain discipline.
