Design head position, shall take responsibility of other 3-4 members of department, skillfully handling design/development/implementation on shop floor for quality and productivity improvements.
Learn all the existing designs and models, guiding collogues for selecting right models, guiding procurement for non-standard components, helping customers to optimize their requirements to enhance quality and price reduction, needs communication skill to guide customers, suppliers and shop floor employees.
Ability to appoint new employees and maintain discipline.
BE Mechanical, Solid Edge 3D software expertise, Sheet Metal experience, preferred if experienced in enclosures / cabinets for control panel manufacturing.
