We at NIMMI Hardware are looking for an energetic and dynamic Sales Executive person for Bengaluru location . The person should have a strong background in B2B sales channel in the Building Materials industry . Ideal candidates should be proactive, skilled in customer interaction, and driven to meet sales and collection targets. This position includes a fixed salary along with performance-based incentives. Role & responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for clients and dealers in Bengaluru territory Drive B2B sales through our dealer network by managing primary and secondary sales channels Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and collection targets within your territory Promote the company's product range and provide solutions to meet client needs Identify and pursue new business opportunities with architects, contractors, and design professionals Participate in product training sessions; stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, technical specifications, and industry trends Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients and dealers Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales in the architecture, design, construction or buildings material industry Furniture fittings or architectural hardware industry experience would be an added advantage Strong experience in B2B sales channel and field sales Proven track record of successfully managing relationships and growing dealers network Should possess strong arithmetic skills Customer centric mindset with the ability to build the rapport quickly Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the building materials industry Benefits: Competitive salary + Performance-based incentives Travel allowance and vehicle allowance Growth opportunities within the company.
