Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bearing Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely payment collections. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets for bearings within the assigned region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to identify business opportunities. Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers when needed. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and resolve issues. Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mechatronics , or related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial product sales , preferably in bearing sales . Skills & Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong interpersonal skills with an intuitive understanding of group dynamics . Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Demonstrates a lifelong learning mindset . Kind, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
