We’re now hiring a B2B Field Sales Manager who can drive on-ground partnerships and expand our business network across the beauty care ecosystem.
What You'll Do :
✔️ Identify and pitch Estetica to top salons, spas, and clinics
✔️ Build trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers
✔️ Lead on-ground sales efforts – from prospecting to deal closure
✔️ Present Estetica's SaaS solutions effectively to non-tech audiences
✔️ Work with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client success
✔️ Use CRM to manage leads, sales funnel, and reporting
✔️ Exceed targets and contribute to brand growth in new markets
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔️ 4+ years of B2B field sales experience
✔️ Strong edge in working with Salons, Spas, Skin Clinics – big plus
✔️ Hands-on experience in SaaS, Aggregators, Wellness Tech, EdTech, or Telecom
✔️ Confident communicator & deal-closer in face-to-face settings
✔️ CRM-savvy, organized, and self-motivated
✔️ Any Bachelor’s Degree
✔️ Open to local travel within and around Hyderabad
