The ideal candidate for this position possesses a minimum of 4 years of B2B field sales experience, with a strong background in working with Salons, Spas, and Skin Clinics being advantageous. Hands-on experience in SaaS, Aggregators, Wellness Tech, EdTech, or Telecom sectors, along with exceptional communication skills and proficiency in face-to-face negotiations, are essential. Moreover, being CRM-savvy, well-organized, self-motivated, holding a Bachelor's degree, and being open to local travel within and around Hyderabad are key qualifications for this role.
