Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, based in Kochi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with clients, managing customer service interactions, conducting sales transactions, and providing training as needed. Day-to-day tasks include managing and enhancing the customer experience, executing sales strategies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and capability to meet sales targets
• Experience in Sales Management and providing Training to team members
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a detail-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the luxury goods or home fixtures industry is a plus
