Business Development Executive

As a B2B Business Development Executive at Estetica, a leading SaaS platform for salons, spas, and skin clinics, you will be responsible for expanding our business network within the beauty care ecosystem. Your primary role will involve identifying and pitching Estetica's solutions to top salons, spas, and clinics, building strong and trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers, and leading on-ground sales efforts from prospecting to deal closure. You will need to effectively present Estetica's SaaS solutions to non-tech audiences, collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and client success, and utilize CRM tools to manage leads, sales funnel, and reporting. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 4 years of experience in B2B field sales, with a strong background in working with Salons, Spas, and Skin Clinics being a significant advantage. Additionally, hands-on experience in SaaS, Aggregators, Wellness Tech, EdTech, or Telecom sectors, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to close deals in face-to-face settings are essential. Being CRM-savvy, organized, and self-motivated, holding a Bachelor's Degree, and open to local travel within and around Hyderabad are also key requirements for this position.
