What is the study about? The aim of this voluntary study is to collect voice recording s of a series of prompts that will be used to improve voice recognition technologies for virtual assistants. Task Description For this voluntary study, you will be asked to read and record a series of sentences designed to simulate real-world interactions with virtual assistants. Who is eligible? To participate you should meet the following qualifying criteria: - Have idiomatic fluency in Hindi; - Be able to visit our premises in Hyderabad for a scheduled session onsite. Where is the study taking place? This is an onsite study taking place at our premises in Hyderabad. Our office is located in the city center for easy access. The address will be provided when appointments are scheduled. When is the study taking place? The study is scheduled to take place until mid-November. How much is the compensation? You will receive $45 USD per 2-hour session. How long does it take? It will take up to 2 hours to complete one session. NOTE: A second recording session may be offered. If accepted, you will participate in another 2-hour session for $45 USD .
