Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor, located in Narsingi. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure project timelines are adhered to, and monitor the quality of work delivered. Responsibilities also include coordinating with subcontractors and teams, inspecting site progress, and ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Site management and project supervision skills, including the ability to oversee daily operations and manage subcontractors.
• 3 years of experience is mandatory
• Technical knowledge in interior projects, such as fit-outs, procurement, and material handling.
• Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills to interact with clients, employees, and vendors effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve onsite challenges promptly.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and familiarity with construction-related software tools is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the interior or construction industry is a plus.
