Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Interior Site Supervisor. The role entails overseeing construction sites, coordinating with contractors and workers, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications, and managing timelines and budgets. The Interior Site Supervisor will also monitor progress, address onsite challenges, and collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge and experience in construction site supervision, project management, and quality control
• Understanding of interior design, architecture, and design specifications
• Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination abilities
• Proficiency in construction tools, techniques, and safety regulations
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to address project challenges proactively
• Willingness to work on-site and oversee operations in a dynamic environment
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the interior design or architecture industry is advantageous
