Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Interior Site Supervisor, based in Lucknow with the flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee on-site operations, coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain quality control. Responsibilities also include managing resources efficiently, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring the implementation of safety protocols.

Qualifications

Project management skills, including the ability to manage resources, schedules, and budgets effectively
Knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes
Problem-solving and critical thinking to address on-site challenges efficiently
Technical knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and site operations
Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with contractors, vendors, and the design team
Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, project management software, or other related platforms is a plus
Prior experience in supervising interior design or fit-out projects is highly desirable
Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup with both on-site presence and remote task completion
