Job Overview:

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing interior design projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that all work is executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Your leadership and attention to detail will be essential in managing subcontractors, coordinating logistics, and maintaining effective communication with clients and the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and project timelines.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor work progress and quality, conducting regular site inspections.

Manage project schedules and budgets, reporting any issues or changes to management promptly.

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site.

Act as the main point of contact for clients during the construction phase, addressing any concerns or questions.

Collaborate with the design team to implement design concepts and resolve on-site challenges.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, change orders, and site logs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the interior design or construction industry.

Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Relevant certification or degree in construction management, interior design, or a related field is a plus.
