Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Site Supervisor role based in Chennai. As an Interior Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day activities at project sites, ensure timely execution of tasks according to design specifications, and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and team members. You will monitor project timelines, ensure compliance with safety measures, quality standards, and manage site resources effectively. Additionally, you will assist in troubleshooting on-site issues and ensure smooth communication between various stakeholders throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
• Experience in interior design, construction, or project supervision
• Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in interior renovation and construction
• Understanding and application of safety standards on-site
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with contractors and workers
• Proficiency in interpreting architectural plans, layouts, and drawings
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Flexibility to be on location at project sites with a focus on meeting client expectations and project deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Working knowledge of LiDAR scanning and familiarity with high-precision measurement tools is beneficial
