Role Description This is a full-time on-site Site Supervisor role located in Chennai at Ark Spaces. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, and maintaining a safe work environment. Qualifications Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Knowledge of building codes and regulations Experience in project management and scheduling Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Previous experience as a Site Supervisor is a plus Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field Show more Show less
