Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, guiding clients through the real estate purchase or rental process, and building long-term client relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and negotiation skills in the real estate domain or within a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, including trends and pricing structures
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and transactions effectively
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer literacy for managing client data and sales reports
• Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for real estate is a plus
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Gurugram
• Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be advantageous
