Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, upselling products/services, and increasing wallet recharge adoption on the Amazon platform. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Drive sales through Amazon platform by engaging with existing and potential customers. Promote key product categories and services to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell higher-value products or services during customer interactions. Suggest relevant add-ons and bundles based on customer preferences and purchase history. Wallet Recharge Promotion: Promote Amazon Pay wallet recharge to customers as a preferred payment method. Educate customers on wallet benefits, cashback offers, and seamless transactions. Customer Engagement: Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely resolutions. Reporting & Analytics: Track and report daily performance, sales numbers, and recharge success rate. Use data insights to adjust sales strategies and improve conversion rates. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to align goals and campaigns. Share customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service quality. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (e-commerce experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of Amazon platform and digital wallets (Amazon Pay preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Skills: Multilingual abilities (based on region). Experience in digital payment promotion or fintech sales.
