Job Summary

Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate, travel trade, and group segments.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, telemarketing, and client visits to generate leads.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts in accordance with hotel policies and brand standards.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing corporate and travel trade partners.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Organize familiarization trips, client entertainment events, and participate in networking activities to enhance business relationships.

3. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management on potential business opportunities and market developments.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client information in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with reservations, banquets, and front office teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings and events.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Director of Sales.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Hospitality

    Business Administration

    Marketing

    , or a related field.
  • Minimum

    1–3 years of experience

    in hotel sales (preferably in the Delhi NCR market).
