Roles and Responsibilities

Handle client queries via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to generate sales leads.
Identify potential customers' needs and provide solutions through effective communication skills.
Meet daily targets by achieving sales goals and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or product information.
Develop strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and feedback sessions.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in B2C Sales or Inside Sales role.
Excellent convincing power and target achievement skills.
Strong client handling, coordination, and initiative abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
