Job Description:

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities by generating new leads and following up on existing prospects.
• Conduct market research to evaluate customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Present and promote products/services to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain proper records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve better business results.

Requirements:

• Should have channel expansion experience.
• Preferable from Real estate, aviation, banking, insurance and luxury hotel industry.
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and convincing ability.
• Ability to build productive business relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
• Qualification: Graduate in any stream (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
