Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Etah. The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and conducting market research. They will actively promote Chola’s financial products, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery and continuous improvement in sales strategies.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
Ability to identify business opportunities and conduct market research
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
Strong ethical values and a sense of responsibility
