Job description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive IV Fluid to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the IV fluid segment, working closely with healthcare professionals and distributors to ensure that our products meet their needs. Your expertise will help position our brand as a leader in the market while ensuring that our quality and service remain unmatched. You will be the face of our organization, engaging with potential customers and partners to forge lasting relationships that will foster trust and collaboration. As a Sales Executive, you will possess comprehensive knowledge of IV fluids and the healthcare industry, allowing you to effectively communicate the benefits and applications of our products. Leveraging your strong negotiation skills and sales acumen, you will identify new opportunities, develop sales strategies, and ultimately achieve sales targets. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets in the IV fluid market. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and distributors. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends in the IV fluid segment. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to maximize profitability. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management on progress and challenges. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on messaging and product offerings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry, with a focus on IV fluids preferred. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the healthcare market, particularly in IV therapies and products. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data management. Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
