Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Career Wave team in Lucknow. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving admissions for our flagship AAI ATC and other competitive exam preparation programs. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the right courses and learning solutions offered by Career Wave.


Key Responsibilities:

•Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively connect with potential students through calls, walk-ins, events, and referrals.

•Consultative Selling: Understand student aspirations and challenges, present suitable Career Wave programs, and provide tailored guidance.

•Sales Conversion: Drive enrollments by effectively communicating value, handling queries/objections, and closing leads.

•Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term trust with students and parents to encourage referrals and repeat enrollments.

•Target Achievement: Execute sales strategies to consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly admission targets.

•Market Research: Track local education trends, competitor activities, and student needs to identify new opportunities for growth.

•Coordination: Work closely with academic counselors, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-enrollment support.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Marketing, Education).

• 1+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or educational counseling.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in both Hindi and English.

• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

• Familiarity with the education sector or test-prep industry will be an advantage.
