Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients within Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) companies.
  • Attend and work at industry trade shows to promote products and services.
  • Collaborate with intercompany departments, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Management, to achieve business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the EPC industry to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the recruitment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques, including B2B sales and channel sales.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client interactions and track sales performance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) is preferred.
  • Experience in direct marketing, marketing consulting, sales consulting, and sales administration is desirable.
