Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Capital Placement Services. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the employment or recruitment industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
