Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for the position of Sales Executive, based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and fostering relationships with clients, pitching and selling BTBIZ LTD’s diverse communication solutions, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include generating leads, building client pipelines, tracking market trends, developing compelling proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through post-sales support. Collaboration with internal teams to align client needs with product offerings is also crucial to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Sales and business development experience, particularly in VoIP/UCaaS/telecom services
• Knowledge of VoIP, IPPBX, Contact Center solutions, and international dialing systems
• Understanding of market trends and customer needs within the telecom industry
• Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales tracking software
• Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant work experience will be considered
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with handling international clients and markets is an added advantage
