Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to lead our brand tie-up initiatives. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and creating strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth. You will identify, develop, and nurture collaborations with complementary brands and organizations to enhance our offerings and reach new customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Identification & Outreach

  • Research and identify potential brand partners whose services or customer base align with Olatech Digital Solutions.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to initiate contact and build relationships with prospective partners.

2. Relationship Management & Development

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related communications and activities.

3. Negotiation & Deal Closing

  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms aligned with company objectives.
  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts in collaboration with legal and management teams.

4. Strategic Collaboration & Go-to-Market

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement integrated go-to-market strategies for partnerships.
  • Design and execute joint marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and co-selling initiatives.

5. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive sales efforts from brand tie-ups, identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets linked to partnership activities.

6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track the performance of active brand tie-ups against agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Analyze data, generate reports on partnership effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.

7. Market Intelligence

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities within the digital solutions and technology sectors.

8. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support) to ensure seamless integration and successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–5+ years in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in technology or digital solutions.
  • Proven success in identifying, negotiating, and closing strategic partnerships or tie-ups.
