Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven MBA – Aviation Sales Executive to spearhead our business development

initiatives. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong aviation background and a proven

ability to engage clients, generate leads, and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for building

long-term client relationships with lessors, airlines, and MROs.


Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the aviation domain.

● Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with lessors, banks, airlines, and

aviation service providers.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling and industry

networking.

● Work closely with technical and product teams to align client requirements with service

offerings.

● Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.

● Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and long-term business value.

● Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights to support business growth.


Must-Have Skills:

● MBA in Sales, Marketing, Aviation, or related field (mandatory).

● 3–5 years of proven experience in aviation sales, business development, or client relationship

management.

● Strong understanding of aviation consultancy services (aircraft leasing, MRO, CAMO, asset

management).

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach.

● Strong industry network within aviation finance, leasing, or airline segments is a plus.
