Are you a driven sales professional passionate about helping businesses find the perfect workspace? We’re looking for a Sales Executive who will thrive in identifying, creating, and closing new sales opportunities. Using a consultative approach, you will work with both new and existing customers to offer tailored workspace solutions across our co-working spaces and business centres. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the co-working industry and a proven track record in B2B sales. If you’re motivated by targets, skilled at building long-term client relationships, and have a knack for turning leads into deals – we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and recommend suitable workspace solutions Manage complex negotiations with senior-level decision-makers Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the co-working and business centre landscape Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction Requirements: Proven sales experience, ideally in the co-working, real estate, or business centre space Strong negotiation skills and business acumen Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales pipelines effectively Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Show more Show less
