Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Inside Sales (Hybrid Setter/Closer) Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office) Reports To: Sales Lead Objective: To manage all inbound and outbound communication with prospective customers and leads, qualify them, follow up via WhatsApp and calls, and convert them into paying customers. This is a high-energy hybrid role. Key Responsibilities: * Handle incoming leads from Meta ads, WhatsApp, Instagram, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, etc. * Qualify leads using pre-set filters (interest level, budget, intent) * Use CRM and WhatsApp tools to nurture prospects * Follow a structured sales script and objection-handling protocol * Convert qualified leads into purchases of hero SKU or bundles * Track and report CAC, lead status, reasons for drop-offs * Engage with potential distributors and escalate only warm ones to the Sales Lead * Record all customer interactions accurately in CRM Must-Have Qualifications: * 1–2 years of experience in BPO or outbound telesales (preferably night shifts for US/UK campaigns) * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills * Familiarity with WhatsApp, CRM tools, and email tools * Fluent in Tamil and functional English
