Job Title: Field Sales & Promotions Executive Location: Coimbatore (Travel across city) Reports To: Sales Lead Objective: To promote companies products on-ground via demos, wellness stalls, apartment samplings, gyms, organic store visits, and local events. Serve as the brands physical face to the consumer. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct daily field visits to target locations as per the campaign plan * Set up stalls in high footfall areas like gyms, apartment complexes, wellness stores * Conduct live demos and samplings of products with scripted pitch * Collect lead data via QR/WhatsApp + encourage immediate purchase * Follow up jointly with setter/closers via CRM/WhatsApp * Support in exhibitions and expos for product display and customer interactions * Daily reporting of field activity and conversions Must-Have Qualifications: * 1–2 years of field sales, promotions, or merchandising experience * High energy, excellent communication skills in Tamil * Willingness to travel within Coimbatore city * Experience in FMCG/wellness brand is a plus

Job Title: Sales Executive Inside Sales (Hybrid Setter/Closer) Location: Coimbatore (Work from Office) Reports To: Sales Lead Objective: To manage all inbound and outbound communication with prospective customers and leads, qualify them, follow up via WhatsApp and calls, and convert them into paying customers. This is a high-energy hybrid role. Key Responsibilities: * Handle incoming leads from Meta ads, WhatsApp, Instagram, TradeIndia, ExportersIndia, etc. * Qualify leads using pre-set filters (interest level, budget, intent) * Use CRM and WhatsApp tools to nurture prospects * Follow a structured sales script and objection-handling protocol * Convert qualified leads into purchases of hero SKU or bundles * Track and report CAC, lead status, reasons for drop-offs * Engage with potential distributors and escalate only warm ones to the Sales Lead * Record all customer interactions accurately in CRM Must-Have Qualifications: * 1–2 years of experience in BPO or outbound telesales (preferably night shifts for US/UK campaigns) * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills * Familiarity with WhatsApp, CRM tools, and email tools * Fluent in Tamil and functional English

Job Title: Digital Marketing & Content Specialist Location: Coimbatore Reports To: Sales Lead & Founders Objective: To run and manage company'ss performance marketing campaigns, social media presence, content generation, and support funnel performance across all channels. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and run Meta ads (FB/Insta) with lower CAC * Create and post daily Instagram content (reels, carousels, testimonials, etc.) * Work with design freelancers for creative needs * Manage WhatsApp business API setup + automation journeys * Track ad metrics, click-through rates, and ROAS weekly * Collaborate with closers to ensure congruent messaging between ad and WhatsApp funnel * Report daily on ad performance, leads generated, and engagement trends * Prepare emailers, event posters, product info decks, and basic landing pages (if required) Must-Have Qualifications: * 2 to 3 years of experience in D2C performance marketing * Hands-on with Facebook Ad Manager, Canva, and Instagram Reels * Understanding of CAC, AOV, repeat rate metrics * Ability to write copy in both English and simple Tamil is a plus
