Role & responsibilities

. Lead Handling & Customer Interaction

  • Handle

    walk-in enquiries

  • Answer and make

    inbound & outbound sales calls

  • Respond to

    WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website & ad leads

  • Understand customer needs and eligibility
  • Communicate course value, career outcomes, fees, and timelines

2. Sales & Conversion

  • Convert enquiries into

    confirmed admissions

  • Follow structured sales process
  • Handle objections confidently
  • Close sales within defined timelines
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

3. Lead Management & Follow-Ups

  • Maintain all leads in

    CRM / Google Sheet

  • Categorize leads (hot / warm / cold)
  • Perform consistent follow-ups
  • Reduce lead leakage and no-shows
  • Re-engage dropped or undecided leads

4. Online & Offline Platform Management

  • Respond promptly to:
    • Calls
    • WhatsApp
    • Instagram & Facebook DMs
    • Website & listing platforms
  • Maintain high response speed and professionalism
  • Ensure

    no missed leads

5. Joining & Batch Coordination

  • Ensure candidates

    join on time

  • Coordinate with operations/trainers
  • Confirm payments and documentation
  • Track seat availability and batch starts
  • Reduce last-minute dropouts

6. Reporting & Accountability

  • Submit

    daily sales & activity reports

  • Update pipeline and conversion status
  • Track revenue collected vs target
  • Share reasons for lost leads
