Conceptualization and Design: - conceptualizing and developing new product designs or improving existing designs. - Work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and specifications 2 Research and Analysis: - Design engineers conduct research and analysis to gather relevant information, such as industry standards, materials, manufacturing processes, and cost considerations. They use this knowledge to make informed design decisions and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. 3 Safety and Compliance: -Ensure that Designs adhere to industry standards, regulations, and certifications applicable to the product or system.- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.- Maintain 5s , Kaizen and Safety at working place 4 Documentation and Reporting: -Responsible for creating and maintaining detailed documentation related to automotive components and systems, including 2D/3D CAD drawings, design specifications, bill of materials (BOM), and engineering change orders (ECOs) in accordance with automotive standards and OEM requirements. 5 Troubleshooting and Problem-solving :- Identifying and resolving design-related issues in automotive components or assemblies, such as fitment problems, tolerance stack-ups, or interference in CAD models. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, and testing) to address issues found during prototyping, validation, or production stages. Applying root cause analysis (RCA), DFMEA, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure design integrity and minimize delays in development or production. - Troubleshooting problems promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. 6 Prototyping and testing: -To develop prototypes of the designed tools and conduct tests to evaluate their performance, functionality, and safety. -Analyze test results, make necessary adjustments to the design, and iterate until the desired performance is achieved. 7 Team Management:- Build a professional and hardworking team of worker to deliver best product and nurture a good employee base for the organisation.- Ensure continous improvement within department.- Identify training needs for Development department.- Attend daily development meetings 8 Organisational compliance:- Follow all rules and regulation in the organisation.- Support team in all activities.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory. Identify and acquire new distributors & dealers for automotive accessories. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends. Travel within the designated region to meet clients, attend trade shows, and oversee sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations. Prepare sales reports and present insights to management for decision-making. Requirements: 1-3 years of sales experience , preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or related industries. Strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned region. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Knowledge of car accessories and automotive products is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for sales reporting and presentations. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
