Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement
sales strategies
to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
Identify and acquire new
distributors & dealers
for automotive accessories.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and industry trends.
Travel within the designated region to
meet clients, attend trade shows, and oversee sales activities.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare
sales reports
and present insights to management for decision-making.

Requirements:

1-3 years of sales experience
, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or related industries.
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to
travel
within the assigned region.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of
car accessories and automotive products
is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for sales reporting and presentations.
Bachelors degree
in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
