About the Role:

PPF Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchasing & Procurement:

• Identify and source high-quality PPF products.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
• Maintain adequate stock levels and forecast future demand.

• Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct clients.
• Create new market opportunities for PPF products.

• Project & Operations Management:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the PPF division.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for promotions and campaigns.
• Oversee installation processes and maintain quality standards.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to senior management.

• Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and lead staff involved in PPF sales and installations.
• Ensure seamless communication between departments.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of automotive accessories, detailing, or PPF industry.
• Proven experience in procurement, sales, and project management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and inventory management software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or detailing industry.
