Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, promoting company products or services, and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales targets. This role involves both field and office-based sales activities and requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research. Visit clients/customers and give product/service presentations. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Generate leads and follow up to convert into sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update the customer database and sales records. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Prepare quotations, invoices, and contracts. Coordinate with internal departments (like logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback or complaints. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or promotional events. Requirements: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to travel. Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and reporting tools. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Working Conditions: Full-time; field visits may be required. Travel within the city/region as per sales assignments.
