Role Overview:

goal-driven Real Estate Sales Executive

"Sell, Sell, and Sell"

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads and proactively generate new ones.
  • Present property listings to clients and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits and project walkthroughs.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Negotiate deals, close sales, and ensure a smooth documentation process.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, developers, and the internal team for inventory and leads.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in

    real estate sales

    or related field sales roles (15 years).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-oriented.
  • Willing to travel within the city for site visits and client meetings.
  • Knowledge of Jaipurs property market is a plus.
