Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with clients, and a passion for achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, delivering presentations, and closing deals to contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and market research.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Client Interaction
• Reach out to clients and explain company products/services.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
• Sales Presentations
• Present company offerings clearly and professionally.
• Provide product demonstrations when required.
• Client Visits
• Visit clients for discussions, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Deal Closure
• Negotiate pricing and terms.
• Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
• Market Research
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Share insights with management for strategy improvements.
• Post-Sales Support
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
• Handle customer issues and escalate when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
