Graphic & UI/UX Designer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: * Create engaging and on-brand graphics for various platforms (social media, web, ads, presentations, etc.) * Design logos, brochures, infographics, banners, posters, and other marketing materials * Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm visual concepts * Follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all designs * Support UI/UX design team if required * Edit and retouch photos when needed * Manage multiple design projects and deliver on deadlines Requirements: * 6 months – 1 year of experience in graphic design (freelance, internship, or professional) * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or tools like Canva, Figma * A strong portfolio showcasing design skills * Basic knowledge of animation or video editing is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro) * Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout * Attention to detail and a creative mindset * Ability to take feedback positively and improve accordingly Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
