Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive / Manager to drive new business acquisition for our SAP services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT sales with a strong understanding of SAP offerings, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify, target, and engage potential customers for SAP services (implementation, support, migration, S/4HANA, etc.) Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships, from lead generation through closing deals. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations. Collaborate with the pre-sales and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new opportunities. Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and sales forecasting. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus). 4–7 years of experience in B2B field sales within the IT sector, preferably in SAP or ERP services. Strong understanding of SAP services and digital transformation projects. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and travel as required. Strong network within mid-sized to large enterprises is a plus. Show more Show less
