Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on outbound sales and cold calling to generate leads and set up meetings with prospective clients in the US market. The right candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and supporting our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume cold calls to potential clients across the United States. Identify and qualify high-potential leads through research and phone engagement. Articulate TwoDots value proposition and capabilities in test automation and QA services to decision-makers. Set up appointments and introductory meetings for the core sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in the CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions. Handle objections confidently and persistently follow up with cold/warm leads. Collaborate with marketing and leadership to execute lead generation campaigns. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Prior experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead generation is a plus. Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US EST/PST time zones. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. Self-starter with a goal-oriented and resilient mindset. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic MS Office tools is advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
