DIGITAL & FPGA design engineer shall provide technical support in the domains of design and development, realizing & testing of signal conditioning, digital interfaces, control electronics, handling and implementation of signal processing and communication system design as well as implementing designs on FPGAs through automatic HDL code generation and verification techniques. Design Development digital designs/ FPGA programming to implement algorithms for image capture, data processing /analysis and data transmission in an embedded real-time control environment utilizing the latest FPGA technologies. Good understanding of digital, analog or radio frequency circuits, components, and subsystems Designs, knowledge of Performing preliminary and detailed analyses/simulations on Analog & Digital or mixed signal Interfaces. Power electronics engineer shall provide technical support and subject matter expertise on power electronics, circuit design and analysis, electrification architecture & Motor controls. Develop power systems designs for spacecraft applications using modelling, simulation, and statistical design methods. Perform detailed component-level analysis to identify locations and operating conditions of high electromagnetic / thermal / mechanical stresses. Survey and investigate advanced circuit topologies component / board / packaging / manufacturing technologies to further improve circuit performance, fault-tolerance, and to reduce overall cost, weight, sizes. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and suppliers to convert designs to production. Design, implement, and test new power electronic control software to meet documented requirements for power conversion products (drives, transformers, DC-DC converter) and programmable electronic fuses. Be responsible for technical direction and decisions for assigned product development projects. Work with a multi-disciplinary engineering development team that includes controls engineering, power conversion design, mechanical design, control hardware design, and Integration / Test. Calculation of power losses and efficiency optimization. Knowledge about different circuit test methods. Proficiency in using simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink) for power electronics analysis and simulation Experience in designing and optimizing power distribution and management systems within spacecraft, including load sharing, fault tolerance, and redundancy strategies, is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation and optimization are highly valued. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and interfacing with professionals from various disciplines (e.g., electrical, systems, mechanical engineering) is beneficial. Excellent working experience with Scopes, DVMs, Network Analyzers Strong understanding of conducted and radiated noise sources and their mitigation techniques in power electronic and analog systems. Experience in supervision of PCB layout for minimal stray parameters, power/signal plane definition for EMC optimization. Knowledge of Power Electronic Control algorithms including Matlab/Simulink Application.
