Swapnroop Drugs and Pharmaceutical is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive communicator with a passion for building lasting client relationships and driving revenue growth. You will be on the front lines, converting prospects into long-term customers and directly impacting the company's success.

About the Role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from generating leads and nurturing client relationships to closing deals and providing exceptional after-sales support. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and industry research.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as the key point of contact for all client needs.
  • Product Presentation & Demonstration: Prepare and deliver compelling product/service presentations and proposals tailored to the client's specific business needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, handle objections, and successfully close sales deals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, accounts, and pipelines using the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with the Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Communication & Active Listening: The ability to clearly articulate value and, critically, to listen and truly understand a customer's needs.
  • Resilience & Persistence: Dealing with rejection (which is frequent in sales) and continuing to follow up.
  • Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of what you are selling, its features, and its benefits.
  • Negotiation Skills: Finding mutually beneficial terms for an agreement.
  • Problem-Solving: Identifying a customer's challenges and positioning your product as the solution.
  • Time Management & Organization: Managing a pipeline of leads and prioritizing tasks to meet quotas.
  • Empathy: Understanding the customer's perspective and building trust.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
