Job Title: Sales Executive – Banking Products

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling banking products like savings/current accounts, loans, credit cards, and more. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions — while hitting monthly sales targets and growing our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and networking.
• Promote and sell a range of banking products including:
• Savings & Current Accounts (CASA)
• Personal Loans / Business Loans
• Credit Cards
• Insurance & Investment Products (if applicable)
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Complete all documentation and compliance requirements accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (banking/financial sector preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,343.00 - ₹28,343.00 per month
