Job Title: Sales Executive – Banking Products

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our banking team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling banking products like savings/current accounts, loans, credit cards, and more. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their financial needs and offer tailored solutions — while hitting monthly sales targets and growing our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and networking.
Promote and sell a range of banking products including:
Savings & Current Accounts (CASA)
Personal Loans / Business Loans
Credit Cards
Insurance & Investment Products (if applicable)
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Complete all documentation and compliance requirements accurately and on time.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and onboarding.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales (banking/financial sector preferred).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,343.00 - ₹28,343.00 per month
