ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a technically sound and customer-focused Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in machinery sales—especially in plastic extrusion, injection moulding, or similar sectors—and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Visit potential customers to understand their requirements and offer technical solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals to clients.
• Provide feedback from the market to the product and sales teams.
• Prepare and manage sales reports using MS Office tools.
• Frequent travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in machine/equipment sales.
• Prior exposure to plastic machinery, extrusion lines, or injection moulding machines is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong command over MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and good at working independently.
