The ideal candidate will have prior experience in machinery sales—especially in plastic extrusion, injection moulding, or similar sectors—and a passion for building long-term customer relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Visit potential customers to understand their requirements and offer technical solutions. Generate qualified leads and actively pursue new business opportunities. Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals to clients. Provide feedback from the market to the product and sales teams. Prepare and manage sales reports using MS Office tools. Frequent travel for customer meetings and business development activities. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in machine/equipment sales. Prior exposure to plastic machinery, extrusion lines, or injection moulding machines is highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong command over MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Willingness to travel extensively across regions. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and good at working independently.
