Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Meet with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable technical/engineering solutions.
Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the technical team to deliver customized solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of engineering products/solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
