Job Description

Technical Consulting:Understand customer challenges, processes, and systems to recommend appropriate technical solutions and improvements.
Product Demonstrations & Presentations:Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients, explaining complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
Solution Design:Develop customized technical solutions and proposals that meet specific client requirements.
Technical Support:Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting issues and ensuring satisfaction.
Liaison Role:Serve as a crucial link between the sales team and product development, relaying customer needs and feedback for product improvement.
Sales Support:Collaborate with sales teams to execute complex deals, manage technical aspects of RFPs/RFIs, and contribute to meeting sales targets.
Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, fostering trust and understanding.
Market Intelligence:Gather competitive intelligence and market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
