Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads in target markets and industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and negotiate contracts within company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, service, operations) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market feedback to management.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Technical Support / Engineering Team
  • Operations / Service Team
  • Finance and Commercial Departments
  • Senior Management

Key Competencies required:

  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated with strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of experience in technical sales or business development of industrial products.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, customer engagement, and solution selling.
  • Experience with manufacturing or OEM clients preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
